Protesters affiliated with “Occupy The Caucus” held a symbolic “die-in” at the Renaissance Des Moines Savory Hotel in Iowa on Monday afternoon to protest the National Defense Authorization Act and corporate influence. Twelve people were arrested.
At both presidential campaign headquarters in the Des Moines area, Occupy was locked out and people were eventually arrested when they refused to move away from the campaigns’ front doors. They didn’t come to get arrested. “Occupy The Caucus” activists
